Once you have decided which vehicle you want to ship, you will need to contact one of our car/motorbike shipping experts for which we will provide to you. They will schedule a condition report, which ensures any damage that occurs during transportation is tracked and logged for insurance purposes.
Then, we will coordinate to have your vehicle picked up by our professional movers. After which, your vehicle is then moved into our tailor-made shipping containers.
Your vehicle has a lot of value. Maybe its monetary value, sentimental or even both. Regardless, we treat your vehicle like it’s your real baby, and so we only use the finest materials and technology to guarantee a smooth shipment.
How to prepare your vehicle for shipment
To help ensure a smooth and seamless shipment, please secure or even remove any loose or special items, such as wide or oddly shaped mirrors, aftermarket spoilers and antennas. Attempt to leave your fuel tank only a quarter full, as a full tank only adds extra weight which in turn adds more cost.
Make sure to repair or seal any holes, gaps or tears in a convertible roof. During transportation, fast-moving air could potentially cause additional damage. Please also turn off any anti-theft devices you may have installed, as it can cause significant delays if the alarm goes off or if the driver needs to access the vehicle. Ensure that your vehicle is properly cleaned so you can get an accurate vehicle condition assessment before and after the transportation process.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Even if you are shipping your vehicle as an individual, you will nonetheless be required to obtain deregistration of your vehicles prior to shipment. You can do this by visiting automobile registration department at local city-hall by visiting office and pay related fee and any duty and tax, unpaid penalty if any.
Quoted rates are inclusive of the following (where applicable): Terminal Handling Charge, Export Customs Clearance, Professional Loading (for container shipment only), Wharfage, Ocean Freight, Bunker (fuel) Surcharge, Chassis Usage Charge, Currency Adjustment Factor, Carrier Vessel Documentation Fee, AMS, ISF-10 Filling, and all Handling and Documentation Fees.
“Drayage” means positioning the container at the warehouse for loading and then returning it to the pier.
“Professional Loading” means loading the vehicle into container, including blocking and bracing the vehicle with wood, lashing and securing with cables, and disconnecting the battery.
The vehicle must be in clean condition (ie. free of dirt, mud, oil, grease, etc.) and must have less than one-quarter (1/4) tank of gas when loaded. If shipping via RO/RO vessel (vehicle is rolled on and off the carrier; vehicle is not containerized), the vehicle must be delivered to the port of loading, without cargo and personal effects, at least four (1) business days (but no more than seven (2) business days) prior to sailing date. If the vehicle is containerized, the container may not contain any flammable liquids (other than less than ¼ tank of gasoline in the gas tank of the vehicle), flammable gasses, weapons, gun powder, alcohol, paint, plants, animals, or furniture. At or prior to delivery of the vehicle, you must present the original title or salvage certificate of the vehicle in your name or endorsed to you to secure Customs export clearance.
Unless specifically stated in your quote, you will be responsible for making arrangements to deliver the vehicle to the port of loading and to secure the vehicle at its destination. If transporting via container, you will be responsible for unloading the container and returning the empty container (with all dunnage removed) to the steamship line at the destination port. Unless otherwise stated in your quote, rates do not include insurance, import customs clearance, duties/VAT and any local charges at destination, including destination terminal handling.
We can provide you with insurance at your request. We offer "All-Risk Marine Insurance" which covers against risk of physical loss or damage from any external cause. Our All Risk Marine Insurance rates are currently $1.50 per $100 ($85 minimum), plus a $25 policy fee; claims are subject to a 3% deductible of the total insured value (with a minimum deductible of $500). Coverage will be from port to port while the vehicle is under the control of the steamship line and while the vehicle is in a container or being loaded therein or unloaded therefrom. There is no coverage while the vehicle is being driven under its own power except as may be required for loading/unloading. If we arrange for the transport of your vehicle from a domestic location to any port of loading by a professional auto carrier or by truck/rail in a container, coverage will be applicable for such transport. At your request and cost, we can provide a surveyor to assess the value and condition of the vehicle at loading. All vehicles are subject to a precondition report and may be excluded from claims for scratching, denting, marring, chipping, rust, oxidation and discoloration. Loss and/or damage arising from freezing of water in the radiator and/or cooling system is excluded. We also offer “Total Loss Insurance” (FPA) which covers partial or total losses due to certain catastrophic perils, such as sinking of the vessel. Our Total Loss Insurance rates are currently $0.80 per $100 ($85 minimum), plus a $25 policy fee.
Rates are based on the above dimensions. If the actual shipping dimensions exceed the filed dimensions, the rate may increase. The rates quoted herein are available 30 days from the date of this letter; thereafter, all rates are subject to change.
Prepayment in full is a condition of utilizing our services. We accept payment only by money order, wire transfer or credit card (there will be credit card company’s commission 5 percent of total amount). Our rates are based upon today's tariffs and traffic conditions and remain subject to booking. They are also based upon utilizing a first-class steamship line, and if applicable, professional loaders with extensive experience handling vehicles. Our export clearance charges are for presentation of the appropriate paperwork to Customs. Please note that all charges in connection with any order of Customs, in particular, unloading for physical inspection or fees because of a "hold" on export clearance, are for the account of the customer.
