How long has HighRelocation been in business?
Since 2001, that’s for 14 years. We must be doing something right.
Does HighRelocation have its own packers?
Yes. Unlike many companies HighRelocation uses only full time packing professionals trained in-house according to our stringent standards of quality and service. We have a team of world class packers and a fleet of our own trucks.
Does HighRelocation do the domestic move management?
We serve domestic move management for our foreign customers, who have used HighRelocation for their overseas move.
What about insurance?
HighRelocation can offer full door to door insurance coverage for your move, and even coverage for storage of your goods.
How long does it take for my shipment to be delivered.
Depending on your destination the sailing and delivery time will vary. Our move consultants will be happy to answer your questions. When entering Korea, sea shipment delivery usually takes 7-10 working days after vessel arrival if all paperwork is ready. An air shipment usually takes 3-5 working days after arrival at Inchon International Airport.
When my shipment leaves Korea, who will take care of it at my destination?
Certified, Quality Partners around the World. HighRelocation works with elite Partners in every country. All our Partners are members of associations with high standards for quality and are audited regularly to make sure they adhere to these standards. We work only with the best!
Will we be able to communicate well?
Yes. We employ excellent English speakers in our office for move consultation. All packing and delivery crews have an English speaking supervisor. Even during your packing/delivery we will send an English speaking supervisor to make sure things go smoothly.
I am an expatriate. Does HighRelocation understand my needs?
Absolutely. We understand that every relocation is unique, so we will inquire about your special individual needs. We specialize in serving the expatriate community. In fact, you could say we exist to serve you. Those thousands of customers mentioned above – many many of them, if not most, were expatriates like you.

Can I send moving freights more than twice?
Generally it is possible to send freights more than once but, depending on countries, tax may be applied after the first one so please consult your manager.
Can I take food in an overseas move?
It depends on what it is and where your destination is. An appropriate amount of food that can be considered as a moving item is allowed, but limitations are different for every country.
However, usually seeds, grains, unsealed packaging, and vegetables are prohibited.
What is the main difference between Air shipment and Sea shipment?
The main difference is "Delivery time". Basically it takes about 7-10 days for Air shipment and 6-8 weeks for Sea. As Air shipment is much faster than Sea, the shipping charge of Air shipment would be higher accordingly.
Is it possible for my shipment to clear the Customs with Duty-free?
Normally, used household goods and personal effects would be regarded as tax-free items. However, it varies depending on the standard of each country.
I do not have any address in my destination as of yet. Can I still start packaging?
As long as you have an address before delivery, it is ok. In some cases free partial storage is available. If an address is needed for customs, use a temporary address and let us know the final address later.
