We assist with general planning for international/business conferences, performance/exhibition events. We analyze objective, theme, needs, and characteristics of participants so that we can find the most effective and realistic venue and manage everything from the beginning of the planning until the end of the event, responsibly.
We provide information and consult on overseas performance venues, cost for freight, duration of transportation and required documents. Services include consultation of customs clearance for performance and exhibition goods, providing estimates, solving language problems etc. so our customers performance/exhibition runs smoothly.
We deal professionally with domestic and international transportation of professional equipment, performance/exhibition equipment, stage and lighting equipment, instruments and prop as well as storage of these equipment after events. Also we are in charge of importing essential equipment for performances such as lighting equipment etc.
As exhibition equipment are returned or exported after a period of time, there should not be any taxes imposed on it and therefore a thorough system carried out by professionals is necessary. High Relocation Inc. provides a systematic service in order to prevent problems within a set schedule. We also consider the nature of the equipment to provide a custom packaging and transportation service.
